Elsa – Immersive installation

On the occasion of the World Cheese Awards, we have imagined an immersive experience in the heart of the Elsa cave in Ursy, a lively place dedicated to the refining of cheese. The sensory journey highlights the meeting between mineral matter and human know-how, revealing the discreet gestures of refiners and the silent memory of the rock. Light, sound and projection accompany the raw architecture of the cellar and the millstones, without ever altering the nature of the site. A luminous line guides the visitor like a thread of time, from raw material to a final moment of sharing and tasting, thought as a sober and poetic ode to transmission and work well done.
