From Thursday to Sunday, as night falls, the medieval town is transformed by light and takes on an entirely new atmosphere. Between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, the bridge and the Saint-Jean Gate become the stage for animated light displays, with mapping projections bringing the stone architecture to life.
As visitors wander through the historic center of St-Ursanne, they are invited to stroll along the narrow streets and discover hand-blown glass lanterns, along with carefully designed lighting that highlights several iconic landmarks. Among them are the stained-glass windows by artist Kim En Joong in the cloister, the tower of the Maison Béchaux, and the Siren statue, each revealed in a new and enchanting way.
Free and open to all, this illuminated walk is an invitation to slow down and embrace the magic of the moment, whether you are a local resident or a traveler passing through.
